120627 Wednesday: Ew, ew, ew.

All you get today is a poll because my day went to battling an infestation of minute-fleck-sized mites that poured out of my bathroom vent—inside and out—like some horror movie this afternoon thanks to the birds that moved in unexpectedly. My kid managed to carry them halfway around the house by the time I got it all under control. She and I are both still grossed out.

Feel free to discuss the merits of grossing out your reader or writing horror fiction. I once wrote a short story about a woman who got pregnant from a black mould infestation in her home.
