120626: Ergonomic Writing

Typing at the computer is a little easier. I have my chair adjusted to the right height, and it is literally the only chair in the house that lets my short, little legs reach the ground comfortably. I played clarinet for more than a decade, so I've got pretty good posture naturally that doesn't depend on the chair back to keep it up. If things start hurting, I get up and walk around and give myself a break. I am, however, very bad at remembering to do warm-up exercises with my hands before long typing sessions.
What do you all do to keep your body happy while writing?
ETA: Or at least help reduce the chance of it becoming unhappier, she types after pulling on a hoodie and discovering that her right arm is disenchanted with the notion of flexibility tonight.
( Hark, a poll! )
